Requirements:
  • Must have a proven safe driving record as well as maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Arizona on a periodic basis
  • Must be able and willing to lift heavy equipment and materials on a routine basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing installation, testing, and repair of all industrial related electrical and electronic equipment utilized in manufacturing plants or distribution systems. This equipment includes, but is not limited to VFD's, soft starters, motor control, autotransformers and motors.
  • Arrive on time and prepared to work on a daily basis.
  • Assist in running conduit for new installations, pull wire and make terminations.
  • Comfortable with working around equipment at voltages up to 4160V.
  • Customer Service
Assist shop personnel to meet established shipment dates.
  • Maintain high quality standards of products.
  • Work in a manner consistent with the concept of continuous improvement.
  • Participate with problem solving and maintain effective communication between production, planning, quality control, and engineering.
  • Assist with equipment installation, wiring, start-up, and troubleshooting techniques.
Skills Needed:
  • Highly motivated with interpersonal skills to effectively work in a collaborative team environment that includes shared responsibilities, establishing and maintaining effective working.
  • Electrical, instrumentation, controls, technical training, or equivalent education or experience a plus but not required.
  • Experience in the water/wastewater or mining industry a plus but not required.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to complete required safety training classes and comply with OSHA, MSHA or any authority having jurisdiction.
  • Must have the ability to complete tasks and assignments in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Must be prepared to take direction from multiple senior coworkers and be willing to learn and grow your skill set on a daily basis with an eye on a long term career in the industrial field.
