Our Brooklyn Park location has an opening for a Flexo Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker 1), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes

• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
