$3000 sign-on bonus

Starting wage is $25.84 per hour

8 hours guaranteed overtime every 2 weeks. Only work 50% of the year.

Your schedule:

• Non-floating schedule: will NOTrotate between days and nights

• Train on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; after training is completed you will work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• Work 2-2-3 schedule: You will work 2 days, then get 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work, and get every other weekend off

What you'll do:

• Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest can-making machines

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems

• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010

• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency

• Strong mechanical knowledge

• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
