The Director, Clinically Integrated Network Performance develops and aligns strategies that contribute to strong performance in innovative and transformational payment models. This position is accountability for network performance planning and operations.

* Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, science or other healthcare related field and 10 years of experience in an Accountable Care Organization, Clinically Integrated Network, population health, or other related healthcare area.
* Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare operations and healthcare management.
* Demonstrates knowledge in all local, state, and federal regulatory bodies
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the EMR
