Well, we are looking for an established and experienced Senior Account Executive that can make an immediate impact in the Austin, TX market. (Local Candidate Required)

Our Senior Account Executive will drive home inspection opportunities through real estate agent referrals. This role builds relationships with real estate agents through in-person events and meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications to obtain home inspection referrals, to drive new business, and to maintain existing partnerships.  Utilizing our CRM, we will provide you with a territory to build out which will create a great income stream over time.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Build positive relationships with real estate agents through in-person events, phone and electronic communications, and social media interactions.
  • Use CRM for accurate lead and sales records. 
  • Manage expenses within budget for Sponsorships, Events, Lunches, Print Collateral, and Giveaways + Gifts
  • Track opportunities generated and influenced by field sales programs. 
  • Identify and overcome obstacles.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Drive new business and home inspection opportunities through real estate agent referrals.
  • Generate, confirm, and conduct in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices.
  • Plan and execute in-house agent events, evenings/weekends as necessary.
  • Maintain strong existing business relationships through the delivery of consistent and professional electronic communications.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and support/assist other team members as needed.
 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experienced and established sales professional.
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives and goals.
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication along with verbal and written skills
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Timely responsiveness and excellent follow-through.
  • The ability to receive feedback and grow.
  • Experience in the real estate industry!
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • High-speed internet connection required
  • Reliable vehicle required
 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team is preferred.
  • Experience managing CRM as a sales professional is preferred.
