Our May Center for Adult Services is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director to join the clinical team overseeing our Eastern MA Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of Assistant Clinical Directors.
  • Supervise clinicians in all aspects of programming including:
  • Functional behavior assessment (including functional analysis) and development of behavior support plans.
  • Development and implementation of programs to enhance student skills in the areas of social communication and interaction using a verbal behavior framework.
  • Staff training and professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical training systems to support direct care professionals and clinicians in the implementation and application of ABA principles in the residential and day program settings.
  • Provides support and training across day and residential settings to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including allied health professionals and medical professionals to ensure high-quality implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Serve as a member of the adult services leadership team by guiding systems-change and capacity building in applied behavior analysis.
  • Communicate with guardians and outside agencies.
  • Other leadership and supervisory responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA preferred.
  • PhD in a related field preferred, Master's degree in a related field required.
  • Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • At least three years of experience providing behavioral services to individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in supervision and staff training.
