Job Description
This position is eligible for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds which includes a one-time $750 sign-on bonus payable after the completion of 90 days of employment as well as a monthly stipend of up to $694.50 which is based upon the hours worked in the previous month for as long as the funds are guaranteed by the State.

What You'll Be Doing
The Clinical Supervisor in our Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) Program will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and treatment to families involved in transition to Family Care Community Partnerships (FCCP); this includes conducting assessments, supervising staff responsible for family advocacy and education, and developing treatment plans intended to focus on family-centered practice.

Your Main Priorities
*Provides direct supervision and oversee the Family Service Coordinator's open cases.
*Conducts a strength-based, culturally competent family needs assessment that focuses on engaging parents.
*Work with the Care Planning Team (CPT) to develop a comprehensive treatment plan, known as the Family Care Plan (FCP).
*Schedules and coordinates case conferences, meetings CPT as necessary to make appropriate changes to FCP.
*Utilizes home-based strength model to provide a wide range of assistance and resources to families in the process of reunification or to avoid separation.
*Treats psychological and emotional issues that affect parenting using strength-based family centered care planning.
*Provides home based therapy when needed to secure a safe and independent level of functioning.
*Contacts the family in crisis as soon as possible following the reported crisis, and conduct a
clinical assessment of the situation.
*Develops, implements, and monitors an ongoing case plan for each family served; coordinate all service components both within the EBFCCP and in the community.
*Maintains updated case records and function as an Emergency Access response worker as needed.
*Provides clinical counseling within the home as needed.
*Provides supportive counseling to families with young children, addressing separation and readjustment issues.
*Coordinates services with schools, police, health care provider, court systems, and other service providers.
*Maintains all necessary case records statistics and other required paperwork.
*Maintains positive and productive relationships within the agency and with outside individuals and agencies.
*Represents EBFCCP at State and Local meetings.
*Always maintains on-call coverage to EBFCCP services in order to respond to emergency situations and be in contact throughout the day when needed.
*Handles day-to-day community relations regarding the interactions of the program and its clients in the community.
*Reviews daily logs and make any indicated program adjustments.
*Ensures that the EBFCCP's scope of service strives to meet the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
*Ensures all clients receive quality services, which comply with the standards set by the Agency, licensing agents, funding sources, and other relevant organizations.
*Ensures all clients receive goal-oriented assessments and treatment/service plans within established time frames.
*Ensures client intake and termination dates and demographic information is transmitted to the Business Office for timely completion of billing.
*Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
*Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) RI Department of Health license required.
*Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) RI Department of Health license preferred.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing family-based services, with 1 of those years at a supervisory/administrative level is required.
*Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
*The ideal candidate will be required to meet all pre-employment requirements such as background checks and medical clearances.

Travel Requirements
Local travel required.
