This role is a member of the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Primary Care Leadership team providing professional practice management for primary care clinics. Responsible for leading clinical and business objectives within a primary care medical home model to ensure high quality outcomes. Responsibilities include leadership for operational objectives related to financial, patient experience, quality and employee engagement and growth objectives for individual providers and the practice overall.

  • Bachelors Degree required in Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field.
  • Practice management experience of 8+ years will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 years prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong physician relation skills required.
  • Prior experience and efficiency in an EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for assessment and management of patient, family or staff concerns.
