Position Objective:

We are currently seeking a well-organized individual with excellent written, verbal, and computer communications skills to join our sales force as a Sales Engineer in the HVAC new construction/plan and specification market for the New York City/Long Island region.

Key Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will work developing specifications with the professional engineering community, bid, close, and service General, Mechanical, and Sheet Metal Contractors as well as end-users in the territory. Ideally, the candidate will establish a working home office as well as maintain office space in our New Jersey facility.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably including technical coursework, a familiarity with the plan and specification sales process, and a desire to achieve sales success in the disciplines of HVAC, Process, or Mechanical Equipment. While an engineering degree is not a requirement, candidates with up to (3) years of successful sales experience of mechanical equipment in the field will be strongly considered.
