2:00pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • 1.Quality Management: Provide oversight of the triage center.
  • 2. Budget Oversight: Ensure operational budget for the program is reconciled.
  • 3. Supervision and Training: Orient and train new staff to daily operations of the program and Division procedures. Ensure new staff are oriented and trained as required by
  • CHL. Provide ongoing supervision to program staff.
  • 4. Referrals: Facilitate the transition for referrals, admissions and discharges.
  • 5. Program Management: Plan, implement and continuously evaluate rehabilitative and support services
  • 6. Personnel: Take personnel action in regard to hiring and disciplinary procedures. Maintain 24-hour staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing is in place at all times.
  • 7. On-Call: Participate in on-call system for after hours emergencies.
  • 8. Liaison: Serve as liaison among other departments and with other agencies in order to facilitate a continuum of care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work or related human services field with Clinical Experience required
  • Entry level supervisory position--willing to consider candidates who don't yet have a full year of supervisory experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with third party billing a plus
  • Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including travel between work sites
  • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
