SUMMARY
Lead the entire supply chain from sourcing through sales of bulk liquid helium to internal NSHD customers and 3rd party customers globally. Ensure development and execution of long term sourcing plans appropriate for projected customer demand and based on expected market conditions. Lead the development of the annual Global Helium P&L and optimize profitability of the business by improving efficiency of container usage and supply chains, and maximizing helium sales gross margin via appropriate pricing management. Lead the engagement with customers and helium sources to ensure Matheson is well positioned to grow customer sales and win targeted helium source bids. Ensure Matheson senior management is apprised of material risks and execute on recommendations to mitigate these risks. Ensure entire Global Helium team is focused on anticipating and solving problems in a complex supply chain from source to customer.
