JOB SUMMARY

Togetherwork is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager/Owner to lead the charge in transforming ideas into applications that customers will love. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uncover the hidden gems of customer needs and translate them into magical product requirements that set the stage for unparalleled innovation.

  • Align requirements into a symphony of product milestones, ensuring that our roadmap is a thrilling journey toward success.

  • Assess and conquer technical risks with the confidence of an explorer, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation that exceeds expectations.

  • Define success criteria that become the benchmark for testing and product acceptance, ensuring our creations not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers.

  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of epic product documentation, telling the story of our products in a way that captivates both internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Be the voice of our products! Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, not only within our organization but also to the broader technical and developer community.

  • Evaluate feature adoption through metric-driven analytics, shaping the future of our products with data-driven insights.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Systems/Software, preferably in a Product Management role, showcasing your ability to turn ideas into reality.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), navigating the product development landscape with finesse.
  • Experience in technology/solutions consulting and cloud technologies, guiding us through the technological frontier.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment, demonstrating your mastery of the craft.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, turning collaboration into a symphony of success.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills, ensuring that challenges are conquered with finesse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to present customer and industry presentations that captivate.
  • Detailed, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills to navigate the fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience building customer facing B2B software products

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $105,000 USD per year
