Qualifications

VNE, LLC is looking for 3 Secret Cleared Intelligence Specialist II CI/HUMINT Instructors

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training in Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence. (CI/HUMINT)

Experience:

Seven (7) years of hands-on experience with a degree, eleven (11) years with technical training with of related experience within one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, counterdrug, travel, science, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, border security, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience and/or certification with CI/HUMINT operations.
  • Certified Navy/Marine Corps Instructor (strongly preferred
  • Secret Level Clearance required. Can support higher.

Job Description:

  • Train CI/HUMINT students and teams on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP's) of CI/HUMINT operations.
  • Teach, role play, grade papers, and support as Faculty Advisors (FACADs)
  • Provide training exercises, post exercise critiques and grading, AARs, and complete student performance evaluations IAW Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Manual
  • Provide assessments and support on matters relating to training of CI and HUMINT professionals.
  • Monitor projects in support of MCIS and Intelligence community which impact training.
  • Evaluate USMC CI and HUMINT training and procedures IAW applicable approved Programs of Instruction (POI). Maintain awareness of other intelligence related training courses on evolving TTPs and training methodology
  • Evaluate management implications of current plans, policies and enhancements and recommend courses of action to ensure optimum resource utilization and effective mission accomplishment.
  • Assess requirements for and participate in curriculum development of emergent related training.
  • Conduct and provide briefings to USMC operating forces and supporting establishments on USMC SAT, and Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) training.
  • Draft and coordinate curriculum management documents to include maintaining and updating curriculum in accordance with specific guidelines, i.e., Marine Corps Orders and Directives, (SAT) process, and the Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual.
  • Draft knowledge and performance objectives, development of measurement devices including surveys, and analyze measurement results.
  • Perform curriculum development and management functions in accordance with the (SAT) manual and (Marine Corps Training Instructional Management System) MCTIMS.
  • Support the oversight of course testing databases and student registration functions within MCTIMS.
  • Draft documents to support Course Curriculum Review Boards, T&R Manual Working Groups and POI validation.

Essential Duties of the Job:

  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

  • While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
