Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes in the areas of electronics and software troubleshooting in production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Providing Electrical and Software technical support to production teams.
• Troubleshooting electronics and software challenges in production.
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.
• Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Conducting root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and improve processes.
• Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in technical problem-solving
• Be familiar with multiple programming languages such as Python, C#, and C/C++
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $65,360 to $89,870 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
