We are seeking an experienced program support analyst to support a major DoD contract that procures millions in HW and SW each year. You will be responsible for interacting with government personnel to identify and refine procurement requirements for both hardware and software support renewals, in addition to new software needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting government contract personnel in clearly identifying and maintaining ongoing HW and SW renewal data.
  • Attend multiple weekly calls with government and Telos personnel.
  • Researching existing license/support agreements to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining Telos internal renewal tool to share with government end-users.
  • Receives and reviews requisitions requesting goods or services.
  • Communicates with Telos buyer(s) and potentially MFG/vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, renewal anomalies or product migrations.
  • Will assist Telos Engineering staff in order to complete and review Contract Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) on a weekly basis.
  • May be asked to assist Procurement Analysts or Planning/Procurement Manager if required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 1 - 2 years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience dealing with HW and SW supply chain distributors and manufacturers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to obtain or currently hold a DOD Secret clearance.

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
