Events Supervisor/Maintenance Technician
If you’re a results-oriented professional who brings a keen eye for detail to your work, we have an opportunity for you! Interstate Parking is looking for an Events Supervisor/Maintenance Technician to join our parking operations team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Hours/Shifts:
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, working weekends (Saturday 4pm to 3am, Sunday 4pm to midnight) and three other evenings each week based on event schedules (3pm to midnight weekdays and 3pm to 3am on Fridays).

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Make sure assigned parking locations are clean and maintained - following the maintenance checklist.
- Ensure parking Equipment is functioning properly and all signs are correct.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and clients.
- Lead event staff members during events.
- Provide support and troubleshooting during events ensuring smooth customer arrivals and departures.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Independent and proactive problem-solver who demonstrates empathy and integrity.
- Attention to detail and ability to use reason and logic to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Mechanical ability- experienced in a variety of power tools, machines, and equipment.
- Cleaning and some maintenance experience are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions.
- High school degree, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
