Pay Range: $62,755 - 95,702 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Interested in helping pave the way for future technology at NFM? As an Infrastructure Engineer II, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. You'll design, configure, and implement technology standards that allow us to build customer loyalty for our internal and external customers. This is mostly a work at home position located in the Omaha area but will require some onsite work based on business needs.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with infrastructure staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems
  • Develop implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for systems administration, usage, and disaster recovery
  • Analyze Conduct research on technology products, services, protocols, and standards to remain current with industry trends and best practices
  • Propose Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and networks; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Provide Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems with existing infrastructure

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in network or systems administration or engineering.
  • Strong system engineering at the command-line level (Windows, MacOS/Bash)
  • Strong scripting skillset with working knowledge of PowerShell, batch script, VB Script.
  • Working knowledge in Configuration Management. (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, Ivanti)
  • Expert knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)
  • Experience supporting anti-malware/antivirus products. (Defender ATP, Cisco Secure Endpoint, Carbon Black, McAfee)
  • Patching and vulnerability management
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory administration and Group Policy
  • Expert knowledge of endpoint hardware to provide a consultative role in determining device standards, including hardware security features, interoperability, and management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
  • Valid Driver's License require
