Office Coordinator

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our parking operations team in Denver.  In this role, you’ll establish and manage a variety of office activities as well as support customers to ensure our customers and clients receive world-class service.

What You’ll Do:
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, including but not limited to daily checklists, AP/AR, bank drops, etc.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and practices, including but not limited to daily checklists, AP/AR, bank drops, etc.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office.
  • Carry out routine checks to ensure the safety and security of your personal workspace.
  • Attend to general issues and fix simple problems as they arise in your day-to-day position.
  • Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues or placing work orders.
  • Interact with clients and customers, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Assign work orders to Parking Ambassadors.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma required.  Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Experience providing customer service at a high level.
  • Extremely proficient in PC and web-based technology including Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Great team player.
  • Primarily office-based – able to sit at a desk throughout a full work shift.
