HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (Inspecting attics and roofs, crawling into crawl spaces, taking off electric panels) within the framework of a Standards of Practice (InterNACHI) and/or TREC State Licensing
Understand the full and complete inspection process
Effectively and in a friendly manner explain, help, and review information and inspection findings to customers and agents
Know and understand inspection auxiliary services and how to education clients about them
Enter data into a smart phone, taking, and uploading pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Home Inspector Florida License
Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
Certified WDO Inspector - or ability to obtain
Wind Mitigation Certificate – or ability to obtain
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bi-lingual a plus
