Senior Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation - Bentonville, AR

Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager (P.E.) / Senior Design Engineer in our Northwest Arkansas Transportation Practice. The ideal candidate will bring Municipal and DOT roadway design experience. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm. Experience should include leading roadway design projects, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of transportation design projects for DOT and municipalities.

Senior Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in public works or transportation project delivery.
  • Municipal and DOT roadway design experience preferred.
  • Current active P.E. license with ability to obtain a P.E. license in AR within 6 months of hire.
  • Working knowledge of MicroStation, Inroads and OpenRoads preferred.
  • Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff.
  • Responsibilities include client interaction and development along with project production.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player and a person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success.
