TheHigh Intensive Structured Living Environment (HISLE) program is an intensive level of care for persons with mental health and substance use issues. This comprehensive program will provide rehabilitative interventions and support as well as clinical oversight to 8 residents who will live in their own apartments within the same building.

The Intensive Clinical Specialty Site Supervisorwill oversee the provision of all clinical services for Persons at high risk and/or who are difficult to engage and who have a serious mental illness with or without a co-occurring substance use history. They will provide clinical supervision of Licensed staff and other staff as required and assist with selecting interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and/or mentor Licensed staff members and other staff as required.

  • Facilitate and participate in team meetings to coordinate enrollment of new Persons to IMGLE and/or transition or disenrollment/discharge from services.

  • Work with other licensed practitioners to complete an initial assessment or a comprehensive assessment to determine a person's individual clinical and rehab needs.

  • Will develop Treatment Plans and interventions with consultation of the nursing staff and medical Practitioners.

  • Effectively communicate with all members of the team to ensure that services are delivered in a collaborative, clinically integrated, culturally integrated, culturally responsive, and recovery-orientated manner.

  • Ensure that services are person-centered and truly encourage the person's participation in his/her own recovery.

  • Collaborate with staff members to provide medical/clinical support and consultation around Persons who have complex medical needs and who present with heightened symptoms and increased behavioral risks.

  • Lead daily Rounds with all team members present.

  • Perform other related job duties.

  • Respect diverse views and approaches, demonstrate Standards of Respect, and contribute to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility, and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitor

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) that meets the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Must be clinically licensed or be license eligible (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC)Experience with complex medical needs preferred

  • At least 2 years of providing clinical supervision.

  • Knowledge and experience with trauma-informed care.

  • Knowledge and experience with psychosocial rehabilitation model

  • Current valid US-issued driver's license and a registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-related purposes including transporting clients in a personal vehicle or company van
