Golden State Power Solutions, a subsidiary of West Coast Energy Systems, is growing rapidly and looking to add to our team of professionals. We are a leading provider of residential back-up power solutions to the Greater Bay Area. This mainly includes stand-by generators and back-up battery systems.
Location: Concord, CA (office) weekly sales meeting at the office but consultations can be located throughout the Greater Bay Area. Your days will be in the field, and you have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Greater Bay Area.
We provide qualified warm leads to our Power Consultants. You will follow our proven process to convert them to happy customers who will refer you to even more leads.
You will meet with homeowners to discover their needs and offer the right solution. Training is provided and we have a powerful online software tool that helps you along the way. You will have a steady business to manage, and we encourage you to develop lead channels beyond those provided.
You will operate independently in the field, conducting in-home sales consultations, selling our products and services.

Experience:
* Home improvement sales- 2 years (Required)
* Prefer experience with generators, PV solar, batteries, HVAC
License/Certification:
* Driver's License (Required)s
* CSLB Home Improvement Sales license (or in process)
Part-Time Commission Based role
Compensation: Generac Clean Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay for this role is commission only or a Minimum wage based on a variety of factors including Geographic location. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
