Stanley Consultants is currently seeking a Power Business Development Manager for one of our following offices: Austin TX, Denver CO, Des Moines, IA, Jackson MI, Minneapolis MN, Muscatine IA, or Remote.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager will win and deliver Power and Energy projects in the U.S. The successful candidate will grow existing client relationships and support the identification and development of new clients for Stanley Consultants from our Denver, Colorado office in the Power Generation and Power Delivery sectors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Power Generation including Combustion Turbine, Reciprocating Engine, and Renewable Energy projects including solar, green hydrogen, ammonia and energy storage projects.
  • Power Delivery including Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Land Acquisition and Field Service projects.
  • Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects.
  • Program Management Office (PMO) engagements, including asset management, data analytics, program controls and reporting.
  • Combined heat and power (CHP) co-generation projects.
  • Associated studies, technical advisory, and construction services support.
  • Achieve new and add-on business with existing clients by developing and enhancing key client relationships and serving as one of the primary company contacts.
  • Provide leadership in the development of client relationships, capture planning, strategy, pursuit and proposal activities.
  • Participates in project scoping and costing and proposal preparation, interviews, and negotiations to the extent required.
  • Travel as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
