Description
The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify and recruit candidates to fill open positions in accordance with established Company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws. Screen, interview, and complete background checks. Conduct onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) in business, Human Resources or related field and 3 years related experience as a recruiter OR 5 years related experience without a degree.
- Ability to conduct a wide variety of interviews.
- Ability to source candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Experience with various selection processes (interviews, background screening, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and decision making, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking software and HRIS systems (UKG).
- Ability to use MS office proficiently.
- Ability to travel to job fairs and other recruiting efforts.
