Job Description
Due to growth in our business, Dynamic Ratings is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our team! The Electrical Assembler assembles and performs basic electrical tests of our products to meet standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Products are standardized as are assembly methods.

In this role, the Electrical Assembler will perform:
  • Wiring of Control Cabinets and mounting components on panels, wire cutting & stripping, soldering, crimping, and some quality testing of finished assemblies
  • Some assembly of controls
  • Repetitive bench assembly of sub-assemblies, bushing sensors, and other PD sensors

Required Education, Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or the equivalent; some technical college education preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including wire stripping and cutting
  • Familiarity with common panel components, including DIN rail, switches, relays, terminal blocks
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Proven ability to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Solid Microsoft PC skills preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
