Halff has an immediate opening for a Transportation Project Engineer/Project Manager in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have TxDOT PS&E development experience in the consulting industry and/or experience working for TxDOT directly. The successful candidate should have experience coordinating with clients and leading delivery of transportation design (PS&E) projects. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction. The candidate will also assist in project pursuits and business development activities.
