ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Identifying the business processes for sales, estimating, design, production and delivery.
• Identify current computer hardware needs and recommend appropriate upgrades.
• Developing a customized system using the MiTek Software Suite incorporating the identified customer processes to meet the customer's needs.
• Expert at performing material take-offs from a plan set.
• Deploy the MiTek Software Suite/Supply at the customer.
• Develop a training program and train the customer in the use of the MiTek Software Suite/Supply
• Identify opportunities the MiTek Software Suite affords the customer for cost savings and greater product sales.
• Support and develop the customer until the conversion process is complete.
• Develop expertise presenting the MiTek Software Suite including adapting your presentation to meet the customer's needs.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate degree (two year college or technical school).

• Four to ten years related experience

• Technical Skills: Must have solid engineering/technical skills, including attention to detail. Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
