Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced lead systems engineer/analyst to support Tactical Missile System (TACS) initiatives in a team centric environment on Redstone Arsenal.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
The position consists of managing team and project schedules, resources, and contract hours and funding. The candidate must also be capable of supporting and executing modeling and simulation integration efforts, contributing to analysis tool development, pre- and post-flight data generation, and algorithm testing and analysis. Some travel may be required in support of flight tests.
Experience with IR and/or RF phenomenology, target signatures, digital simulation integration and execution, and knowledge of verification and validation (V&V) processes preferred.
