We are seeking a Lead Youth Family Foundations Case Manager to join CTI's Youth Services team, located at the Youth Opportunity Center. The Lead Youth Family Foundations Case Manager will provide advanced levels of support to young adults (14-24) and their growing families entering Youth Family Foundations programming. This includes providing advanced level case management, advocacy, referral information and supporting participants in overcoming barriers towards long-term, independent housing. The Lead Youth Family Foundations Case Manager will supervise and lead members of the Youth Family Foundations team.
