Overview

The Enterprise Business Systems - Convergence (EBS-C) Project is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a high performing program office to manage information technology and operations for government and contractor team members. This position plays an integral part in ensuring organizational and personnel readiness and effectiveness for mission completion. It is a role for the development and implementation of strategies for optimal use of accounts, systems, and tools within the organization.

Work location is client site, Fort Belvoir, VA. Note: Telework is acceptable under current government directed COVID measures. Upon amendment of those measures, liberal telework will be acceptable with occasional requirements to visit client offices at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Responsibilities
    Under the guidance of the assigned government lead, manage and support general program operations support activities including event planning, coordination, and information technology support.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to prioritize and complete assigned tasks, seeking guidance and clarification as required.
  • Interact with staff at all levels and across organizational teams and subordinate programs.
  • Serve as a Purebred Trusted Agent to assist users with set up of their Common Access Card (CAC) certificates on their government phones.
  • Provision Army 365 (Office 365) accounts as an Entitlement Manager (EM) to ensure EBS-C team members can access A365 to support their day-to-day work.
  • Assist the EBS-C cybersecurity government lead as a Secure Internet Protocol Routing (SIPR) Trusted Agent to support to order and collect/return SIPR Tokens.
  • Plan and support lifecycle refresh for government furnished laptops.
  • Plan and assist with completion of technology projects such as selection and installation of technology (e.g., Wifi, virtual desktops, etc.)
  • Maintain, and when appropriate, plan upgrades to conference rooms capabilities.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation for IT meetings and special events.
  • Assists in the management and usage of network and secure workspaces to include the establishment and implementation of standardized processes in accordance with established regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate with all staff levels across multiple programs to gather user requirements as well as develop, implement, and convey resolution approaches to technology and operations projects.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of document libraries, enterprise lists, and other tracking instruments to support operational activities.
  • Initiate, track and assist in the resolution of help desk tickets through Army network teams for the purposes of analyzing and resolving user issues.
  • Assist with the inventory of IT office supplies, hardware, software, and wireless devices.
  • Perform typical user IT training and issue resolution.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT related project planning and operational support for a government program/office, ideally in support of a U.S. Army agency.
  • Security + Certification

Desired:

  • BA/BS Degree is corresponding field.
  • Familiarity with agile implementation; agile certifications.
  • IT or Cloud certifications related to MIcrosoft, SharePoint, AWS, Power BI, ServiceNow or similar technologies.
