Corporate Events Associate

Full-time
1st shift
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to be the main point of contact for FHCP corporate, sales and agent Events. The Corporate Events Associate will work with all departments within FHCP to assist, plan and manage various events such as grand openings, employee appreciation events, Medicare seminars, community and sales events. The Corporate Events Associate will meet with event sponsor, manage all requests for the event and assist with setting up and tear down if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills and experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Two years of related job experience required.

  • Excellent creative thinking, planning, execution, organization, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners.

  • Basic Level MSOffice 2007/2010 computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required.

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and fluctuating workload within the department during peak periods.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
