Job Description

Exiger Government Solutions (EGS) is in search of experienced Senior Analysts who are passionate about research, analysis, and delivering timely and accurate assessments of third-party and supply chain risk for government and defense industrial base clients. This position is based in the United States and requires technical proficiency, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze intelligence information pertaining to force protection, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, supply chain security, CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States), personnel vetting, and other relevant areas in support of assigned client accounts.
  • Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and consolidate information from various sources to provide the client with a comprehensive understanding of their mission environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to meet client operational requirements, including mentoring junior analysts in intelligence research, monitoring, analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize Exiger's artificial intelligence document review platform to perform information searches and identify potential adverse information.
  • Develop an expert knowledge of the client's priorities and advocate for the company while maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
  • Prepare presentations and quantitative exhibits to communicate project scope and findings.
  • Assess the accuracy of information collected by Exiger's artificial intelligence document review platform.
  • Work independently to fulfill mission requirements with minimal guidance.
  • Multitask effectively and collaborate within diverse teams.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients.

What You Need:

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing risk for U.S. government spending programs focused on advanced technology.
  • Extensive experience using analytical research and industry tools for data management and analysis.
  • Intermediate-level skills in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc., as well as proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Ability to draw high-level assessments from research and data.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for briefing complex analytical matters to various audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and master the tools relevant to Exiger's capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership qualities.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to evaluate the relevance and importance of material and extract data related to assigned subject matter, drawing conclusions from the analysis.
  • Proficiency in conducting open-source research and extracting information from extensive datasets.
  • Capacity to understand clients' missions and priorities.
  • Development of an understanding of domains relevant to Exiger's capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula skills (e.g., vlookups, if statements) and the ability to use pivot tables.
