We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a talented Project Architect with 10 or more years of experience in Green Cove Springs, Florida.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform architectural and design assignments of a complex nature, applying thoughtful architectural design concepts and advanced professional knowledge.
- Establish design direction and manage development of technical drawings and specifications.
- Establish and manage overall project schedule and budget, with responsibility for quality control.
- Conduct Programming and Planning studies.
- Conduct code reviews and compliance analysis.
- Coordinate client contact and maintain working relationship at all levels throughout the project.
- Assist in business development and proposal preparation.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Travel to jobsites, with occasional overnight stays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with 10 or more years relevant work experience
- Must be a registered Architect
- Judicial, Municipal, Educational, Transit, Aviation, and/or Federal Project experience is preferred
- Experience in a variety of project types, scale, and complexity; following project from conception through completion.
- Experience working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines, and technical production project experience.
- Proficiency in REVIT is preferred.
- Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
