Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Structural CAD/BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:

* Perform non-routine and complex modeling assignments requiring application of advanced BIM modeling techniques

* Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor

* Direct efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as needed

* Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

* Associate or technical school degree or combination of education and relevant experience

* A minimum of 5+ years experience in structural engineering as it relates to buildings

* Strong Revit Structural Expertise

* Works with structural engineers in the BIM environment to streamline design processes should have good, working skills in BIM operations

* Experience with structural design software that is compatible with Revit

* Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
