HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, the Program Development Manager is responsible for managing ETR's curricula and coordinating the development process, including serving as liaison with external developers; managing update cycles; documenting and monitoring ETR's internal curriculum development processes to ensure they are integrated, consistent, represent ETR's values and standards, and grounded in science and best practices; supporting business development; and developing internal curriculum as requested. For curricula that are also ETR products, all planning, prioritization, and resourcing will be performed in concert with the Product Managers and Product Owners. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in curriculum development in the Public Health or School Health markets.
  • Successful track record of conceptualizing, writing, coordinating, and/or leading curriculum development efforts.
  • Ability to assess health education content against State and National Health Education Standards and adapt content when applicable.
  • Ability to apply concepts of Instructional Design in curriculum development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget development and monitoring.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with limited supervision.
  • Apprised of current trends and developments in related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and implement complex plans and projects.
  • Ability to travel as assigned.
  • The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Location: Remote employment; open to anywhere in the United States.

Starting Pay Range: $88,200-107,700 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $88,200-$98,000 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
