HR Recruiter / Generalist
Responsibilities
Champion recruiting efforts with the support of the shared services team, providing them support and guidance.
Full cycle recruitment with emphasis on a positive experience for all applicants and candidates. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating travel and interviews, offer letter, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and realistic job preview.
Continue to explore new avenues for attracting diversity in the recruiting process.
Source candidates through job postings, as well as through networking, job fairs, employee referrals, and seeking passive candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships.
Review policies and procedures regarding talent management to ensure best practices are in place for meeting identified KPIs.
Lead collaboration meetings to solicit input from all interview participants; partner with hiring managers in the decision making and selection process; ensure all interview participants are trained in behavioral interviewing skills.
Manage projects as determined in the shared services planning process; focused on continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Support HR systems ensuring accurate employee information is maintained in multiple systems; create reports and analyze data, maintain paper files.
Participate in policy development and organizational commitment to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to employment, employee benefits, compensation, safety and health, and employee development.
Effectively utilize information systems to manage, obtain, store, and analyze employee data.
Develop and deliver presentations and trainings to management and employees, coordinate with training vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
4+ years of Human Resources experience.
2+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Solid experience using a Human Resources Information System (Workday and/or ADP preferred) and Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Teams.
Knowledge of and experience with social media, job sites, applicant tracking systems.
Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, including ability to influence decision.
Project management, time management, and organization skills.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification strongly preferred.
