Summary

The GEOINT Integrator provides enterprise engineering and integration expertise for the end-to-end analysis and coordination of enterprise impacts resulting from GEOINT ground modernization activities with multi-Agency touchpoints, with particular focus on: enterprise architecture, engineering, interfaces, schedule, test, cost, and risk. The Integrator builds effective relationships across Government Organizations and ensures a coordinated enterprise solution to deliver missions. The Lead Integrator also facilitates a single point of entry for mission partners to engage, leverages a Digital Engineering environment and performs a multidisciplinary 1st look impact analysis that highlights impacts and necessary path forward. Additionally, the Integrator executes deep dive analysis to develop Courses of Action and recommendations, provides technical oversight, joint risk management, and continuous enterprise reporting as solutions are implemented, and works directly with Government Office/Division Chief to prioritize work assignments and align the necessary resources to execute tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Government Office/Division Chiefs in assessing, documenting, and tracking new engineering requirements and facilitating technical exchange meetings (TEMs) used to inform Government and Contractor teams about systems engineering and integration activities.
  • Supports the Government in resource planning, coordination and analysis.
  • Coordinates project schedules to support defined strategic effectivities.
  • Plans major systems engineering Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents, records, forms, reports, and plans covering systems engineering and integration activities.
  • Provide change management oversight, to plan resource alignment, identify priority adjustments, and identify needed skillsets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience
  • Experience in engineering, design and analysis of IT or related systems experience in all phases of design, development, analysis and documentation, and development of standards and guidelines for tasks being performed.
  • Experience in government or industry in DoD/IC Acquisition Process
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree
  • Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.
  • Software Development Framework certification.
  • INCOSE Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using Cloud Based Technology such as: Service Orientated Architecture (SOA), On-demand self-service, Broad network access, Resource pooling, Rapid elasticity, Measured Service, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Experience Integrating solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.

Security Responsibilities

Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.
  • Preferred: TS/SCI with CI polygraph

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

  • May be required to travel CONUS/OCONUS <20%
  • Must have ability to work overtime as needed
