We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Being part of the global Freudenberg Group, our company is a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies for automotive and general industries. Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity Safeguarding the integrity of data and our FNST network by rapidly addressing virus, adware, and spyware threats & anticipating potential risks. You cascade these strategies into actionable steps for your respective team.
  • Champion Leadership Creating a nurturing & motivating environment where you help the career interests of your team to align with key project tasks. Ensure high quality customer care through maintaining transparent communication with key stakeholders and developing strong vendor relationships.
  • Financials Displaying financial acumen by overseeing the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Internal Systems Leading the planning and implementation for regional infrastructure modifications by taking ownership of data backups, virus mitigation, disk space utilization, and inside wiring coordination.
  • Optimize Operations Aligning IT functions with business needs by allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that the IT Ticketing service is leveraged properly for problem resolution.
  • Customer Care Oversight to the Service Desk that includes the coordination of maintenance, adherence to standards, and strong local support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading a team of 5 or more persons within an IT related field.
  • Proven track record of guiding IT teams through successful projects
  • Desire & willingness to travel (20- 40%)
