Responsibilities
  • Drives research and development of electric power steering and remanufacturing for electronic Automotive Aftermarket product lines.
  • Leads cross-functional training seminars that promotes EPS product line growth and development.
  • Support achievement of business development targets on EPS product line, and market growth.
  • Provide hands-on product application knowledge and feedback to supporting team members and strategic customers.
  • Lead electrical component teardown and perform technical analysis activities.
  • Administers knowledge transfer for defined discipline throughout the organization
Qualifications
  • BS Electronics/Electromechanics/Computer degree.
  • 2+ years' relevant experience preferred.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Print/Schematic Reading Experience
  • Knowledge of various hand tools/ electrical tools
  • IPC Certification a plus
  • Experience in automotive protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, J1850, etc., a plus.
  • Understanding of automotive communication, application repair/remanufacturing preferred.
  • Six Sigma/Lean experience and Green Belt certification a plus.
