Position Title: Employee Housing Housekeeper

Position Reports to: Employee Housing Manager, Housing Attendant
Location: Housing Facilities, Crystal Mountain, WA
Wage Range: 20.00 - 22.00 hourly DOE
POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Housing Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Employee Housing Campus residences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Cleans and stocks dorm bathrooms.
Keeps entryways, hallways and common spaces vacuumed and debris-free.
Reports maintenance requirements to Housing Attendant.
Cleans employee common areas.
Assists in snow removal and maintaining the outdoor common spaces, including decks and walkways.
Deep cleans vacant rooms to prepare for new residents to move in.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years or older.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Should possess strong verbal communication skills to deal effectively with employees, supervisors, and management personnel.
Ability to accurately maintain housing records and perform administrative functions.
Position requires the ability to lift to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
Must have the ability to bend constantly, accurately carry out instructions, able to do repetitive tasks and have an attention to detail.
Must be able to stand and walk on various floor surfaces for extended periods of time.
Must be able to walk, twist, crouch, push, pull and climb stairs throughout shift.
