CVN Tech Data Analyst

Job Description
Provide support to the PEO Carriers Product Support Team as a Tech Data Analyst by helping them monitor and analyze technical data products including technical manuals and provisioning technical data in support of the operation, maintenance, repair, and sustainment of in-service and new construction Aircraft Carriers. The person filling the role would be responsible for providing support to the Technical Data Manager.

Role:
- Download and distribute deliverable submission letters to begin technical data review process
- Prepare/develop technical data status reporting tool to monitor review and approval cycle of deliverables
- Assist Action Officer and Technical Data Manager with development, review, and routing of DD1423 CDRLs. Track CDRL deliverable approvals/disapprovals
- Assist in the preparation of status briefs including those for quarterly Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings
- Prepare technical data CDRL deliverable approval letters for Product Support Manager (PSM) and Program Manager (PM) review and signature
- Monitor and status TMDER, TFPR, and technical manuals for RCOH and in-service Aircraft Carriers
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, and Teams
- 3 to 5 years experience with Navy preferred
- Knowledge of Navy correspondence development
- Experience with multiple contract types: MAC IDIQ, SA IDIQ, Definitive, OTA/IDV’s (Cost and Fixed Price vehicles), requisite knowledge of funding types to include but not limited to: OMN, OPN, SCN, and RDTE
- Active Secret Clearance required
