Ignite Digital, has a fantastic opportunity for a consultant in our San Diego, CA office. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, pays attention to detail, and can perform a variety of functions. The candidate will provide program management, financial management, acquisition, and general administrative support for NAVWAR.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating SPIDER (repository) as necessary
  • Creating an agenda for bi-weekly/monthly meetings
  • Holding/attending meetings with stakeholders
  • Distributing various DSA reports to external stakeholders
  • Answering questions from program offices and planning yard personnel as directed
  • Posting documents to Microsoft Teams for internal use
  • Track funding changes with the financial team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable Fleet experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Intermediate user with Microsoft Office 365 product suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM level III equivalency
  • Experience with DoD acquisition programs, organizations, processes, and procedures

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
