KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Direct and control aligner manufacturing activities for Manufacturing Service Organization.

* Ensure product is manufactured to the highest level of quality and meets all GDP requirements in an FDA regulated environment

* Develop and maintain team structure ensuring competency, efficiency in execution and on time high quality customer culture.Program for people development and competency expansion in an evolving and growing facility,

* In partnership with Engineering, design of process flow, real estate management and lean execution driving process efficiency as the aligner function expands.

* Drive daily operations based on metrics and lean techniques.

* Data Analytical Process to drive efficiency and cost of operation reduction.

* Inventory management process and execution. Data based decision making driving real estate efficient management and lean operation.

* Oversee the ERP/WMS functional competency and maintains oversight for Aligners. Key system expert in design of SBU ERP solution.

* Responsible for managing aligner departmental expense and capital budgets.

Model cost of operation vs absorption vs budget and report out through regular KPI process.

* Cross functional relationship management for multiple commercial partners to ensure aligner processes are supporting business need. Customer facing role providing confidence and credibility in on time high quality supply.

* Drive capex investment through business case modeling and system focused solutions. Capex investments to drive efficiency and high-quality customer solutions.

* Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.

* Ensure quality of products is maintained and safety procedures, Federal and State regulations and Company guidelines are followed.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
