• Call on trucking and leasing companies and independent garages and truck/trailer repair shops
• Responsible for maintaining existing parts business and growing new business with current customer base
• Continue to prospect and cold call new customers with the goal to develop these prospects into a new and active customer
• Maintain a close relationship with customers
• Assist with customer parts returns
• Help customers with warrant problems when applicable per the policies and procedures of Stoops Freightliner
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy-duty truck parts or service
• Working knowledge of trucks, diesel engines, air brakes, HD transmission, axle and driveline
• Superior selling skill based on probing to uncover customer needs
• Good customer service, communication, telephone, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, driven individual
