We are looking for a Landscaping Construction Project Manager with 3+ years of experience managing a team of individuals. This Project Manager will guide and facilitate the install crews by directing team leads as well as work with multiple departments to meet the needs of their customers.

We are looking for a Landscaping Construction Project Manager with 3+ years of experience managing a team of individuals. This Project Manager will guide and facilitate the install crews by directing team leads as well as work with multiple departments to meet the needs of their customers.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing a portfolio of landscape install projects.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction
- Ensuring delivery of quality services
- Effective management & coordination of personnel, equipment & facility resources
- Employee training & development.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through the delivery of excellent services and communication.
- Schedule crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed.
- Provide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements to improve the quality of landscape
- Responsible for evaluating production team’s fiscal and labor budgets and hold regular discussions rewarding achievement of goals and correcting substandard performance
- Review financial reports for the purpose of developing and coordinating plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources
- Assist with the timely collection of client’s accounts
- Train & mentor field supervisors and other production personnel
- Participate in and conduct routine production training sessions to maximize production & efficiency
- Participate in & conduct safety training
- Assist with maintaining our positive team culture
