We are seeking a talented Archer IRM System Administrator to join our team. As the Archer IRM System Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of an instance of an Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) tool. You will work closely with our audit team to ensure that the Archer IRM tool meets our business needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Configure and customize the Archer IRM tool to meet the needs of the business and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the architecture and design of applications, questionnaires, etc.to either expand upon core applications/questionnaires or develop on-demand applications or new questionnaires to meet client requirements.
Monitor the Archer IRM tool for any issues or discrepancies and troubleshoot as needed.
Maintain and update the Archer IRM tool, including creating and modifying workflows, rules, and reports.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer IRM tool configurations.
Train end-users on how to use the Archer IRM tool effectively.
Collaborate with clients to integrate the Archer IRM tool with other systems and tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Archer IRM tool administration.
Support new users with account requests, verify that users maintain the correct permissions and troubleshoot user access issues.
Reviewing import files prior to importing into the tool to ensure data integrity.
Consistently delivering quality client service and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Develop dashboards for executive leadership and other key stakeholders for on demand reporting and decision making.
Collaborate with other members of the team to coordinate, plan and deliver client deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, or a related field
1+ years of experience in Archer IRM tool administration, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit concepts.
Experience in creating and modifying workflows, rules, and reports.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Archer IRM tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities.
* Ability to obtain a DoD Government Security Clearance is mandatory for this position*
Salary: 70k+ to align with education & experience
