We are actively looking for a mid-level BIM Manager or BIM Leader to help lead the production of regional BIM modeling projects and assist with the overall growth of the global BIM team in our Seattle, WA or Federal Way, WA office(s). The successful new hire will be responsible for growing the local team, training, modeling, and guiding staff through project development. You will implement global initiatives at the regional level and will also participate in the modelling of: structural, mechanical or electrical projects

Base hourly range:
$45/hr to $57/hr based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualifications in job description.
Base hourly range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the state of Washington market.
The work takes place mostly in an office environment. Must be able to work flexible hours (across multiple time zones) and to travel as and when required.
Work is generally performed in an office setting, and ability to use standard office equipment and furnishings is required. On rare occasions travel may be required to another office.
