Summary:
The Mobile Technician will be responsible for completing repairs on engines and chassis products in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field
- Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands
- Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools
- Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders
- Complete training for business requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technician experience, qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this dealer
- Complex diagnosis and repair
- Work with minimal to no supervision
- Effectively train and guide less experienced technicians
- Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic
- Locally valid driver licenses
- CDL preferred but not required
- Must be a minimum 21 years of age
