The Interior Design Coordinator II position is designed for the advancement of seasoned Interior Design Coordinators who are working to obtain their NCIDQ certification. In the role, this individual will be relied on to:

  • Demonstrate solid design thinking and have a strong knowledge of design fundamentals
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Possess the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to supervisors and peers
  • Take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude
  • Be a self-starter and team player
  • Have a strong desire to learn about and to progress through the interior design profession

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant design firm environment
  • Solid working knowledge of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Rhino (or similar)
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEED Green Associate preferred
  • Preference given to local candidates
