Benesch is hiring a Project Manager to join our talented Tennessee Design Team! This opportunity has great growth potential within our Transportation group and can be in either our Franklin or Nashville office.

• Serve as a highway project manager on transportation projects
• Create and execute project work plans
• Manage project teams, including budgets and schedule
• Mentor junior staff
• Review work by junior staff to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to complete project requirements and deliver a quality design to the client
• Contribute to Tennessee Division strategic growth initiatives
• Champion relationships with key clients, including TDOT and local communities.
• Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events
• Ability to identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits or proposals
• Collaborate on regional growth strategy
• Leadership track potential

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or higher, is required
• 8+ years of roadway design experience including project management responsibilities
• PE in TN or ability to get it through reciprocity are required
• Seller/Doer mentality with a desire to interact with clients
• A track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedules
• Experience working with clients such as TDOT or local transportation officials
• Proficient at using MicroStation and Geopak (Open Roads Designer a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
